While lofty language often finds its way onto many About pages, I figure I cut to the chase and have you hear - or rather, read - who we are from the horse's mouth. I'll keep it short, I promise.
Hey Tucker. was dreamt up by two friends hungry to find balance amongst the hyper-convenience of modern life. Our editorial scope was simple - create simple, delicious recipes and kitchen how-to's to inspire others to cook their own unique dishes at home.
A lot has changed since our inception in 2013. Our co-founder, Sam Peasnell, has slid very cooly into the restaurant game and is enjoying tremendous success. I took a hiatus from publishing and recipe development to work with businesses helping them spread their message.
But we're back, baby!
We're a small, tight-knit crew, with a homebase in Melbourne, Australia, that collaborates with a network of writers, recipe-developers, photographers and food creatives spanning several countries with a shared passion. We love food, but we love how it connects us more.
